We take about 2-7 business days to create apparel products (t-shirts etc.) and 2-5 business days for non-apparel (posters etc.) products. Then you should add shipping times on top of that. Speed and price depends on product type and destination. It can get a bit confusing, that's why we've made these tables to help you out.

97.66% of our orders are shipped within 5 business days. More than a half of our orders are shipped within 3 business days or less.

Where do you ship from?

We ship from our partnered factories located in the United States and Europe. Some items might be shipped separately if you order more than 1 item, as different factories specialize in different areas of manufacturing.

I ordered more than 1 product but received only one. 

We have several different partnered factories located in the United States and Europe. When you order multiple products in one order, some items might be shipped separately, as different factories specialize in different areas of manufacturing. So don't panic if you don't receive all of your items at once…they are on the way.

What shipping service do you use?

We use UPS Mail Innovations and USPS in the United States. The package is delivered to your door by USPS. You will receive notification and tracking information when your order has shipped.

Do you ship internationally?

We are based in the United States and we do ship internationally!

Do I have to pay customs fees?

Shipments outside of the USA may incur customs fees, depending on destination country. The fee may vary depending on your order value, country limits, and other factors, this fee is your responsibility.

Can I have a tracking number?

Yes. Any item you order from us will have a tracking number. We do offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee if you are having a problem with your order.

What do I do if I never received my package?
If your tracking information states as "delivered" or "out for delivery" but you haven't received your package, here are some options: Look around your neighbor's door if the carrier misplaced your package. Visit your apartment's office to see if they are holding your package. Contact your local post office or the carrier that delivers your package. In most cases, the carrier will be able to help you locate the package.
